Neverland is a professionally designed kids indoor playground for kids from 0 to 14 years old to play and explore. There are several well-planned areas where kids at different age can have fun while parents can either enjoy together or take a rest.

Daily Basis Cleaning

We clean our playground equipment, cafe and party room on daily basis.

Our Playground design and equipment is in fully compliance with NZ safe standard and also is operated under healthy and safety regulations.

We sanitize our playground toys, balls etc., floor and carpets on a regular basis.

Neverland Playground Notices

- Socks must be worn on all playground areas; no barefoot or shoes are permitted.
- Wristbands provide your child unlimited play for the whole day; please make sure your child wears his or her wristband at all times in the playground.
- The playground is only suitable for children aged 0 to 13. Children above the age of 13 and anyone weighing more than 70 kg are not permitted in the playground area for safety reasons.
- Children under the age of 4 must be supervised at all times by an adult over the age of 18.
- Someequipment has height and weight restrictions; please read instructions and listen to our staff as they explain the rules to our equipment.
- Please take care of all equipment; any damage to equipment within the playground will be compensated.
- Do not climb on any equipment backwards as this may result in injuries.
- No outside food or beverages are permittedat Cafe area, with the exception of baby food only.
- Food and beverages are not permitted within the playgroundarea.
- If any problems or accidents occur, please contact our on-site staff immediately.
Neverland staff members have the authority to ask someone out of the playground if they are not following the playground rules or any unsafe behaviors, as well as to prohibit them from playing in the playground. Please make sure your child is wearing socks and using equipment appropriately.Neverland
